Alieutic production in the Venice lagoon

Over the last few years there have been numerous studies monitoring the activities of the artisanal fisheries, studies on aquaculture in the "valli da pesca", research on mollusc culture and the fishing of alieutic resources. This work summarises the knowledge acquired from these studies: following is an estimate for the production of the main edible species from many production activities that still exist in the lagoon for the period (total annual average 41,00 t).
